NCLEX Applicants - First Timers with BON Eligibilities
Upon receipt of Eligibility Notice from Board of Nursing proceed to Step 1
Step 1: Apply for Authorization To Test (ATT) online via www.pearsonvue.com/nclex
· You will need to create a new web account before you can sign in
· Complete the Internet registration:
o Program Code for Philippines is 99-425
o Mother's maiden name (last name only - mother's family name before marriage) needed
o Select the Board of Nursing from which you are seeking licensure
· Application Fee is $200 (Have the credit card ready when completing the internet registration)
Step 2: Receive Acknowledgement of Receipt of Registration from Pearson VUE
Step 3: Receive Authorization to Test (ATT) letter from Pearson VUE
Once RN receives ATT, check that your name matches your ID and proceed to Step 4
Step 4: Scheduling Exam Via Telephone
Note: You can only schedule an appointment for test centers outside of the U.S.* by telephone through the Pearson VUE NCLEX Candidate
Services. Walk-ins will not be accepted at test centers outside of the U.S
· Call Pearson VUE NCLEX Candidate Services (Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. local time for each country; closed on local holidays
o India - – if calling from Philippines
o United States - Call toll-free at ( ) – if calling from USA
· Supply name and ATT number, along with other information to verify identity.
· Request preference for date and time of testing
· If your first-choice date or time is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative as close to your first choice as possible
· Scheduling fee of $150
Step 5: Exam Day
· Arrive for exam appointment and present your ATT letter and acceptable identification (ID)
Step 6: Receive your results from your board of nursing approximately one month after your exam.
